Two found shot at Jackson County home

SAND GAP, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police say two people were found shot at a home in Jackson County on Tuesday.

Troopers arrived at the home off Highway 2004 near Sand Gap at 9:15 p.m. and discovered the two victims, both in critical condition.

They were airlifted to the University of Kentucky hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police believe one of the victims may have been driven to the home.

They are interviewing witnesses and say they don’t have much information to release at this time.

They do say they are not looking for suspects.
