Two dead in Gallatin Co.

WARSAW, Ky. (WTVQ) – State police are investigating an apparent murder after two deaths in Warsaw Monday evening.

Troopers say they received a 911 call just after 8:30 p.m. about a man complaining of chest pain.  When they arrived, they say 51-year-old Anthony Upton had suffered a heart attack.  He was taken to Carrol Co. Memorial Hospital where he later died.

Soon after, 44-year-old Robin Upton was discovered by a property owner with apparent stab wounds.  Robin was pronounced dead on scene by the Gallatin Co. Coroner.

KSP Detectives are still processing evidence from the scene, but say they do not believe a suspect is at large.
