Two county police chase ends with two arrests

DANVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Two people were arrested Halloween night following a police chase through two counties, according to Danville Police.

Investigators say officers tried to pull over a car on Wilderness Road around 8:00 p.m.

Police say the driver, 23-year old Tristan Middleton, of Lancaster, took off, leading officers on a 20-minute chase into Garrard County where Garrard County Police and the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office got involved.

Investigators say a passenger, 29-year old Johnathon Allison, of Stanford, jumped out of the car during the pursuit and ran off.  He was eventually found and arrested by Danville Police.

Investigators say Middleton eventually drove into a neighborhood in Garrard County where he was tearing through yards.  Police say his car was eventually contained, the chase ended and he was arrested.

Police say Middleton faces more than a half-dozen charges.  Allison was charged with Fleeing and Evading 2nd Degree on foot.
