Traffic Alert: Partial closure on Vine Street for about a month

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington city officials report Vine Street will be partially shut down for about a month starting Wednesday.

Officials say the far left lane of Vine Street at the City Center construction site, between Limestone and Upper streets, will be closed for about four weeks to allow crews to install curbing and two stormwater inlets.

City Center’s construction along the Vine Street sidewalk will make way for the planned Town Branch Commons project.

City officials say the plan is to reopen the lane by the end of April.
