UPDATE: Georgetown Rd, Citation Blvd open after crash, fluid leak

UPDATE: (06/11/2020 11:55 a.m.) – All lanes are back open on Georgetown Road and Citation Boulevard, following a crash Thursday morning, according to KYTC.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Traffic is being detoured on Georgetown Road at Citation Boulevard due to a crash around 10:45 a.m. that leaked a significant amount of fluid on the road, according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

KYTC reports traffic from Newtown Pike turning onto Citation toward Georgetown Road will be turned around or diverted, most likely onto McGrathiana Pkwy.
