Traffic Alert: Section of Old Frankfort Pike closed in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Old Frankfort Pike is closed between Forbes Road and New Circle Road in Lexington after a garbage truck knocked down some power lines, according to Lexington Police.

There is no time frame yet on when that stretch of road is expected to reopen.

Motorists should avoid the area.
