TRAFFIC ALERT: Lebanon Road shut down in Danville

DANVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Danville police are warning drivers to avoid Lebanon Road Friday afternoon after a tractor trailer crashed.

According to Danville Police, the truck was hauling diesel fuel when it was involved in a non-injury crash. Police say the diesel spilled all over the road.

Lebanon Road is shut down between the Bypass (U.S. 127) and Intelligrated Manufacturing (1500 block of Lebanon Road), police tell ABC 36 News.

Firefighters and police are on the scene dealing with the accident clean-up and subsequent fuel spill, police say.

Lebanon Road is expected to be shut down for several hours.
