UPDATE: No arrests made in triple stabbing in Scott Co.

GEORGETOWN, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Scott County Sheriff’s Office says no arrests have been made, after the stabbing on Long Lick Road Sunday night.

Deputies say several witness are still being interviewed and evidence is being looked at.

GEORGETOWN, Ky. (WTVQ) — Scott County Sheriff’s Deputies say they are investigating a triple stabbing in Georgetown that hospitalized three people.

According to deputies, they were called to Long Lick Road in Georgetown around 9:30 on Sunday night.

They say they found three stabbing victims there, one with a life-threatening stab wound to the chest, according to first-responders.

They say that person was airlifted to UK Hospital; the other two were taken by ambulance.

The conditions of the other two victims are still unknown.

According to deputies, two of the victims went to Long Lick Road to confront a man who lives there about an “ongoing situation” between the three of them.

Deputies did not say what the situation involved.

They say the two who came to Long Lick Road were causing a disorder when the father of the third stabbing victim came outside and began assaulting the first two.

Police did not go into detail about what led up to the stabbing, but they say they will release more information as it becomes available.
