Three car collision impacts Lexington traffic

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A three car collision temporarily closed parts of two busy roads in Lexington Wednesday evening. Police say shortly after 10:00 p.m., a car was turning from Alumni Drive onto New Circle Road when another car hit it, and a third car hit both of them.

Investigators say no one was seriously injured, but police did temporarily close one lane of Alumni Drive, as well as the on-ramp to inbound New Circle Road, while the accident scene was cleaned-up. The closures briefly impacted traffic.
