Thousands attend day two of Lexington Comic-Con

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Thousands of people were at the Lexington Convention Center for day two of Comic Con Saturday.

Several comic book celebrities were on hand to greet fans. Kelsey Barden, dressed as Captain America said, “I love conventions in general because it brings people out and gets them to enjoy their costumes and see other people take pictures.”

Dan Abney, dressed as Waldo from “Where’s Waldo” said, “I like seeing all the costumes, all the people. It’s really interesting to see, getting nice pictures and autographs and all that.”

The action continues for one more day. Doors will be open Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
