A third arrest has been made in connection to a shooting that killed an EKU student and sent three others to the hospital.
Winchester police said Aaron Stailey, 18, is the man they’ve been looking for.
Officers said he was seen on surveillance video dropping one of the victims off at the hospital shortly after the shooting.
Stailey was arrested Wednesday.  He’s accused of murder and burglary.
According to investigators, Lillian Barnett drove three men to the Summit Apartments around eight o’clock the night of December 23rd.
The three men forced their way into an apartment and shots were eventually fired.
Police said four people were hit including Amber Caudill, 19, who was in the apartment below.
Still no word on why the shooting happened.
Caudill was a sophomore at Eastern Kentucky University.  Investigators said she was sitting in her living room with her fiancé when she was shot.
Lamont Wilkerson and Barnett were arrested shortly after the shooting.
Wilkerson is accused of murder and burglary.

Barnett is accused of complicity.  Police said she never entered the apartment but drove the getaway car.

Both pleaded not guilty in court on Tuesday.
The other three victims are still in the hospital.
