Murder suspect caught in Ohio now back in Kentucky
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – United States Marshalls captured a man near Columbus, Ohio earlier this month, who was wanted for his involvement in a 2014 murder case.
Investigators say 23-year-old Demarcus Harris will face multiple charges, including murder and robbery. On Friday Fayette County Deputy Sheriffs transported Harris back to Fayette
County and lodged him in the Fayette County Detention Center.
According to Lexington Police, Darnell Bates was found shot in the stomach after a burglary at his home on Addie Street, October 5, 2014. He later died at UK Hospital.
Charles Patton and Caitlyn Conway have already been indicted in the case
