Third suspect charged in Daviess County murder

DAVIESS COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – There is another arrest in the case of a man whose body was found stuffed in a tool box.

Kentucky State Police say 29-year-old Marcus Braden Boyken, of Greenville, was charged in connection to the death of Tromain Mackall.

Mackall’s remains were discovered in a tool box floating in Spring Fork Creek in 2016.

State Police say Boyken was already in custody at the Kentucky State Reformatory in La Grange on unrelated charges.

He was charged Wednesday with tampering with physical evidence.

Authorities have charged Christopher Hill and William Howard with Mackall’s murder.

Hill is also charged with kidnapping and tampering with physical evidence.
