The Lane’s Favorite Meatloaf

3Tbs vinegar
3Tbs brown sugar
2 Tbs mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1.5 lb ground burger
1 C. cracker crumbs (saltines)
1 onion chopped
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 small cans tomato sauce
1/2 C. water

Mix together hamburger, cracker cumbs, egg, salt and pepper, onion, and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Make two loaves and place in baking dish.  Mix together vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, 1.5 cans of tomato sauce, and 1/2 cup of water.  Pour over loaves and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min. Serves 4-5.
