Teen shot at Tates Creek Centre in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police say a teenage boy was shot and another is on the run after a fight between the two at Tates Creek Centre in Lexington on Wednesday night.

Investigators say the two teens know each other and got into a fight in the parking lot which led to one teen pulling out a gun and shooting the other.

Police say both teens were gone when officers arrived at the scene at the corner of Tates Creek Road and Man O War Boulevard.

Investigators say the teen who was shot drove himself to the hospital.  They describe his wounds as non-life threatening.

As of this writing, no arrests had been made.
