“Above Suspicion” begins filming in Lexington, extras wanted

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The movie “Above Suspicion” started filming in Lexington on Tuesday.

About 140 crew members and extras were set up near the Herald-Leader building on Midland Avenue.

They’ll be in the area through next week before heading to Harlan.

The movie is based on the true story of a Kentucky FBI agent who killed his lover.

It will star Emilia Clarke, from the “Game of Thrones,” and and Jack Huston, from “The Longest Ride,” and “Boardwalk Empire.”

Crews are looking for more extras along with 1980’s style cars in any color except white.
