Suspect Wanted In Attack & Robbery Of Disabled Richmond Man

Richmond Police have one man in custody and are looking for a second who they said beat up a disabled man and stole his cash and prescriptions.

Police said they were trying to find Brian K. McIntosh, 25.

Investigators believe McIntosh and another man went into the victim’s home last Sunday and made him get down on the floor.

According to police, the men then hit the victim several times and stole his methadone pills and more than $1,000 in cash.

Investigators said the men tied up the victim with an electrical cord and locked him in a closet before getting away.

Police arrested Steven J. Sowers, 30, of Richmond.

According to police, the victim recognized the suspects’ voices which lead to the first arrest.

Police said the victim suffered numerous injuries from the attack.
