Suspect arrested in connection with Traditional Bank robbery

Lexington, Ky. (WTVQ) — One person has been arrested in connection with the bank robbery that occurred earlier this week.

Police were able to identify Richard D. Hudson, age 71, by using real-time traffic cameras, and flock license plate readers.

West Virginia Police Department assisted with the arrest and investigation.

Hudson is arrested in connection with the robbery at Traditional Bank on Tates Creek Road that occurred February 15.

Hudson was charged with Robbery 1st degree by the Lexington Police Department.

He is currently being held at South Central Regional Jail in Charleston, West Virginia.
