BGE: Power outage affects 1400 Franklin County customers
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Blue Grass Energy says more than 1,400 customers in Franklin County were without electricity Thursday night. The company says a substation went out.
According to its website, 40 BGE customers in Anderson County were also in the dark.

Meanwhile, LG&E and KU says more than 1,700 customers in Harlan County had no electricity. The company’s outage map can be found here.
