SOMERSET, Ky. (WTVQ) – It’s tough to replace a coaching legend at any level.

John Hines retired from his head football coaching position at Pulaski County on March 16th.

Less than a month later, he was replaced; by the only guy who could fill his shoes…and straw hat.
