State Worker Accused In Medicaid & Food Stamp Fraud Scheme

A state employee is charged with helping a man fraudulently obtain more than $10,000 in Medicaid and food stamp benefits.

34-year-old Angela Weatherington works for the Cabinet for Health and Family Services in Campbell County.

Prosecutors say she helped 41-year-old Nicholas Wilson in the scheme.

Both Weatherington and Wilson are facing felony fraud charges.
