Spectrum customers voice complaints at meeting in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Nearly two-hundred people turned out for a public meeting Thursday night to voice concerns, complaints and frustrations with Lexington’s cable TV provider, Spectrum.

Roger Daman, with Lexington’s City Services, says the meeting was a good first step toward correcting some of the concerns people have about the cable TV service.

Many people complained about an immediate cost increase without an increase in services when Spectrum replaced Time Warner Cable several weeks ago.

Daman says Lexington continues to look for ways to provide people with more cable TV options.
