Somerset man charged with attempted murder

PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Authorities in Pulaski County accuse a man of firing shots at his neighbor.

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office says 38-year-old David W. Irvine was taken into custody at his home on Vaught Ridge Road in Science Hill on Monday night.

The sheriff’s office says Irvine is charged with attempted murder for firing several shots at his neighbor across the street on Sunday.

The victim was able to run away without getting hit by gunfire.

Deputies say Irvine had two loaded handguns near him at the time of his arrest.
