Somerset man accused of being drunk, leaving kids in car
SOMERSET, Ky. (WTVQ) – Somerset Police say a man was drunk when he left two children in a locked car while he went shopping.
Investigators say they were called when people noticed children alone in a locked car, with the windows cracked, in a Lowe’s parking lot.
Police say they found Wade Keeney in the business. He was arrested and charged with abandonment of a minor, alcohol intoxication, possession of a controlled substance, wanton endangerment, among others, according to police.
He was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
