Shot fired before or during argument, one person arrested
DANVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – One man was arrested after firing a shot either before or during an argument with another man on Halloween night, according to Danville Police.
Investigators say 24-year old Zachary Devine, of Hustonville, fired the shot in the 300 block of Caldwell Street just after 9:00 p.m. He was charged with Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, according to police.
They say no one was injured. Investigators say they got conflicting stories as to what happened from Devine and the man he was arguing with, 27-year old Alec Camden, of Danville. As a result, police say they don’t know if the shot was fired before or during the altercation.
Devine was taken to the Boyle County Detention Center.
