Search on for possible runaway in Laurel County

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The search is on for a missing 15-year old boy in Laurel County who deputies say is a possible runaway.

Investigators say James Hicks was last seen off Braxton Lane in Lily on September 17, 2019 at 11:00 p.m.
