Search on for man who never returned from trip to the store

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The search is on for a Laurel County man who left late Sunday afternoon to go to the Lowe’s in London and hasn’t been seen since, according to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say 25-year old Robert T. Smith, was last seen off Hooppole Creek Road, ten miles east of London, around 5:30 p.m. on March 18, 2018.

He was driving a red 1999 Chevrolet single-cab pickup truck with camouflage print along the bottom of the doors along with Kentucky tag 236 GYD, according to deputies.

He is 6’0,” 190-pounds, medium build, blue eyes, fair complexion, brown above ear length hair, according to investigators.

He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, beige shorts and tennis shoes, according to deputies.
