Search for escaped inmate from McCracken County

PADUCAH, Ky. (WTVQ)- State police, along with the Paducah Police Department, are looking for an escaped inmate who they say left a work release program at Brooks Stadium.

Troopers say 35-year-old Daniel Bell was last seen at Brooks Stadium around 5:40 p.m. Sunday. They believe he stole a maroon 2000 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck with the license plate 055-VVX.

Bell is described as 6’2″, 218 pounds, blonde hair, and blue eyes.

Kentucky State Police are investigating the escape while the Paducah Police Department is conducting an investigation into the stolen vehicle.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Kentucky State Police Post 1 at 270-856-3721 or anonymously at 1-800-222-5555.

Citizens may also report tips anonymously through the KSP app. The app is available for iPhone, iPad and Android applications and can be easily downloaded free of charge through Apple and Google Play stores.
