Scott County baseball coach hospitalized with West Nile virus

GEORGETOWN, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Scott County High School baseball team announced on Twitter Wednesday night that head coach Scott Willard has West Nile virus.

Willard was taken to the hospital earlier this week, but doctors had to test for various viruses before an official diagnosis could be made. 

Willard also serves as an assistant on the school’s football team.
