Salvaged Corvette unveiled at Nat’l Corvette Museum

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WTVQ) – A corvette salvaged from a sinkhole that opened under the National Corvette Museum has now gone on display.

The ZR1 Blue Devil was restored in Detroit by GM months ago. Almost all of the car had to be redone but the museum says it’s more than worth it.

After museum officials pulled the sheet to unveil the car, the crowd toasted with lemonade to symbolize the fact that the museum is continuing to make lemonade out of life’s lemons.
