Rural location causes water problems for firefighters

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington firefighters say a home on Castle Rock Way didn’t have any fire hydrants near it, so they had to ship water in on trucks.

They say it happened just after 8 p.m. off Bryan Station Road. Firefighters say no one was injured and the fire was in some part in the attic.

When they got there, they say smoke and flames were showing from the home which was empty at the time.
