RPD: Woman passed out in Frisch’s with child arrested

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police in Richmond have arrested a woman after they say she showed up at a Frisch’s restaurant with her child, but was so intoxicated she couldn’t keep from passing out.

Officers say they arrested 36-year-old Jessica Pryor on Thursday, June 9.

Police say she passed out multiple times in the restaurant.

She was charged with public intoxication, endangering the welfare of a minor, and possession.

She was taken to the Madison Co. Detention Center.
