Roundup Nets 5 Arrests for Seeking Sex With Minor

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Attorney General says that Operation Shielded Child, a cyber-crime initiative focused on online distribution of child pornography and solicitation of minors for sex, has netted five arrests in a recent roundup.

Jeffrey Adam Stone, 29, of Brandenburg, Ky.; Timothy Wayne Tucker, 39, of Louisville; Carl Sewell, 24, of Louisville; Wayne Martin Wilson, 51, of Louisville; and Jeffrey Lee Justice, 56, of Lexington, Indiana, were all arrested after contacting undercover investigators online, and traveling to Louisville where they believed they would be meeting a minor for sex.

Each of the men have been charged with one count of using an electronic device to procure a minor for sex.

Jeffrey Justice, an Indiana convicted felon on probation, was additionally charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to a release from the Attorney General’s Office, the Cyber Crime Unit has made a total of 80 arrests, indictments, and convictions in 2016.
