“Rogue One” fans show up for early toy release in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – “Star Wars” fans were lined up outside Toys R Us Friday morning in Lexington to get their hands on the new “Rogue One” merchandise.

Toys R Us opened its doors at 12:01 a.m. to let in fans, who snapped up toys and other merchandise from the
highly-anticipated movie.

The store also gave out free gifts, including posters and t-shirts.

“Rogue One” will open in theaters in December.
