Road Rage Suspect Out On Bond

Perrin Dobyns appeared in court on Wednesday and his case was waived to the grand jury.
No court date has been set.

The State Police have arrested an individual they believe is guilty of pointing a gun at a passerby on I-75 in Madison County.
The Kentucky State Police told ABC 36 that over the weekend an individual was traveling on I-75 near exit 97 when a man pulled a gun on them. The witness says that he heard a gun shot. No one was injured. Indiana Troopers arrested 51-year-old Perrin T. Dobyns for Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree. On Wednesday morning Dobyns appeared in court entering a not guilty plea. He has posted a $2,500 dollar cash bond.

Update: Monday 3:45 p.m.

The Indiana State Police have arrested an individual they believe is guilty of pointing a gun into a passerby on I-75.
Troopers say Perrin Dobyns from Indiana was arrested around 3:30 p.m. on Monday.

Monday 11:00 a.m.

The Kentucky State Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man they say pointed a gun into another driver’s vehicle.

Troopers tell ABC 36 that over the weekend an individual was traveling on I-75 near exit 97 when a man pulled a gun on them.

The driver thought he heard a gunshot but no one was injured.

Officials say they are looking for a man in his 50’s driving a black four door Lincoln passenger car.
