Richmond Police looking for man last seen near Lexington hospital

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ)- Richmond Police are looking for a 47-year-old man last seen June 28th near St. Joe East Hospital (150 North Eagle Creek Drive) in Lexington.

Richmond officers say Buddy Feltner might be suffering from a condition that requires medication.
