Richmond Dealership Falls Victim to Battery Thefts

According to Richmond police, the owner of East Main Auto Sales told them the batteries of seven vehicles on his lot had been stolen while the dealership was closed Sunday night.

He also said three more batteries were taken from vehicles parked at Bedliners on South Estill Avenue.

The estimated cost of replacing the batteries is around $1,200.
