Rest area reopens in Clark County after storm-related closure

WINCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – The rest area along I-64 in Clark County reopened Friday after being temporarily closed when a tree fell and pulled a power line down in the back lawn of the building following this week’s ice storm, according to the state.

The eastbound rest area is located between milepoints 99-and-98.
