Representatives participate in national day of prayer and protest

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Representatives in Lexington joined the national day of prayer and protest outside Planned Parenthood Saturday.

Pro life supporters prayed and held signs to get the attention of cars passing by.

They say taxpayer dollars should go to federal qualified health centers instead of Planned Parenthood, while counter protester and candidate for congress Geoff Young believes funding Planned Parenthood is a must.

There was some polite argument between Young and some of the pro-life protesters.
