Public meeting for chemical weapons destruction
RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ0 – Army leaders want to keep citizens informed about the chemical weapons destruction planned in Central Kentucky.
The leaders invite feedback from the community, and say the two citizens’ advisory groups exist to represent the community and allow your voice to be heard.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 9, beginning at 1:30 p.m. in rooms A and B on the lobby level at Eastern Kentucky University’s Carl D. Perkins building, located on Kit Carson Drive. The event is open to the public, and accessible to individuals with disabilities.
