Powerball now up to $800 million

(WTVQ) – The Kentucky Lottery has announced that the Powerball has increased to $800 million for Saturday night’s drawing.
The cash option is $496 million. Lottery officials say players in Kentucky have until 10 PM EST Saturday to get a ticket for the drawing.
There were no winners in Wednesday night’s huge Powerball drawing of $500 million. Lottery officials say no one matched the numbers drawn.
Powerball is played in 44 states, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
The odds of winning are one in 292.2 million.
The store had a $1 million Cash Ball winner back in 2014.
