Police: Wet roads caused semi to overturn in Woodford Co.

VERSAILLES, Ky. (WTVQ)- Police say wet roads caused a semi to overturn on Pinckard Pike near Delaney Ferry Road Tuesday morning.

Police say the semi overturned around 7:15 a.m.

They say the semi was going southbound when it went off the side of the road and overturned.

Officers say there was a small fuel leak that needed to be cleaned up and some utility lines were taken down.

The driver suffered from some bumps and bruises.

The road re-opened around 8 p.m.
