Police: Teen steals car in Lexington, crashes into stores in Harrodsburg

HARRODSBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police say a teenager stole a car in Lexington early Thursday morning and crashed it into two grocery stores in Mercer County.

Harrodsburg Police say the teenager crashed into the front of a Save-A-Lot store and then a Kroger store around 3 a.m. Both stores have damage, according to police.

Authorities did not say if the teenager is in custody.
