Police: Man with hepatitis C bites roommate intentionally

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police say a Franklin County man who has hepatitis C bit his roommate during a fight.

According to an arrest citation, Nathan Lumpkins told officers he intentionally bit his roommate on the chest despite his diagnosis.

The two got into a fight at a home on Virginia Avenue on Sunday.
