Police: Man Caught Viewing Child Porn At Barbourville Library

Barbourville Police arrested a man who they say was using a library computer to look at child pornography.

Police say the he was doing it in the children’s section.

Officers arrested 20-year-old Joshua Hampton on Saturday.

He is currently in jail on a $10,000 bond.
