Police: Man breaks into vacant house, spotted by neighbors.

LEXINGTON, Ky (WTVQ) — Police say a man broke into an East Loudon vacant house around 2:30 a.m. on Thursday. They added that the neighbors called in after seeing the man and smelling gas.

Isiah Warren was found at the scene, police say, matching the description given and stealing metal from the home. Along the way, they say he had cut a gas line. Officials assure that crews were able to turn off the utilities from the home, preventing further gas leakage.

Warren is being charged with burglary and possession of burglary tools.
