Police investigating after man shot inside home

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington police say a man was shot inside his home early Monday morning.

Police say they were called to Laredo Drive just before 5 a.m. after a bullet went through the front door and hit the man inside. They say the man was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say there is no suspect information at this time.
