Police: Four arrested in Williamsburg for drug charges

WILLIAMSBURG Ky. (WTVQ) – Four people have been arrested in Williamsburg for trafficking drugs, according to officials.

Williamsburg Police say they responded to a suspicious person complaint at Super 8 Motel off of Ky 92 on Saturday.

When police arrived they found two women in the back parking lot with scales and 20 grams of crystal methamphetamine, according to detectives.

Investigators searched the motel room the women and two other men were staying, according to police.

They say during the search they found1 pound of crystal methamphetamine and a large amount of cash.

Tasha Lovett, Bobby Owens, Darrell Murphy and Nancy J Doran were all charged with Trafficking a Controlled Substance 1st degree Methamphetamine and lodged in the Whitley County Detention Center, according to investigators.
