Police; Body found in Texas matches missing Cynthiana woman
ENNIS, Tx (WTVQ) – Police believe they have found the deceased body of a female meeting the description of missing person, Emily Wade.
Police say Monday in the late morning, search volunteers found the body in a creek bed that was known to be flooding on the night Wade went missing.
The body is being transported to the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office for positive identification and determination on the cause of death.
Police, family, and friends have been searching for Wade over the past two weeks.
Wade is originally from Cynthiana, KY and recently moved to Ennis, TX.
