Police arrest man for allegedly killing son on Father’s Day
LEXINGTON, KY. (WTVQ) — Lexington Police have arrested 45-year-old James Hendron, Jr. after they say he intentionally shot and killed his son on Father’s Day.
According to police, they were dispatched to St. Ann Drive in Lexington around 5:15 Sunday in reference to a domestic disorder and assault.
When they arrived, they say they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds.
They say James Hendron, Jr. shot his son in his driveway following an argument.
The son later died from his injuries.
Herndon, Jr. now faces murder charges.
